In the course of the evolution of electronic materials, many chemical materials are required to cooperate in order to make technology products that meet the process requirements and leading technologies. Therefore, the development of new chemical materials is the cornerstone of the development of electronic materials. ECAP established a chemical material research and development center in Shanghai in 2012. It integrates the technical resources of both sides of the Taiwan Strait and combines Taiwan’s advanced technology applications with Chinese organic resin and its ability to synthesize from resins. Formulation development to process applications, from top to bottom integration of technical resources to provide advanced materials, through close cooperation with customers can make customers more differentiated and cost-competitive printed circuit board products.
